One of the island's most visually stunning restaurants, Merah Putih is renowned for being one of Bali’s shining stars in the restaurant scene. When you’re led inside by your hostess, you find yourself gazing up at their infinitely high ceilings amidst the trickling water features and tropical jungle. It's been carefully designed as an eco-friendly space, collecting rainwater to reuse and capturing the sunrays with their solar panels. True to their Indonesian heritage, Merah Putih offers a split menu, serving both traditional and modern plates all served family-style.
