Mama San is one the island’s most successful establishments, instantly recognisable by it's mural of the fictional madame mamasan. She keeps a watchful eye on the two story space she owns, examining all the locals and expats that enter her sacred space. You might notice her eyes follow you but don’t worry, that’s just an urban myth. 1920’s Shanghai is the theme here with marble topped mahjong tables and oversized leather chairs, this restaurant will bound to be in your highlights. Reservations are recommended for this hotspot, a tried-and-true icon in Bali.
