VIU, the fine dining outlet on the 12^th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok takes its cue from the traditional bistro started in The St Regis in New York. It's a bright space with a beautiful open kitchen, white stone-topped tables and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC). And just like in New York, Sunday Brunch here is a treasured tradition. It's a sumptuous buffet spread, combined with an all-inclusive and order-as-much-as-you-want à la carte menu that changes every week – depending on the best quality and seasonal produce available. But standard buffet fixtures include shellfish on ice, slow-roasted prime rib, an unmatched selection of cheeses and cold cuts, Thai and international dishes, and a dessert station that's simply, well, heavenly.
