A French national who speaks his native French, English as well as Spanish, Arnaud graduated from the Hotel and Catering University of St. Quentin en Yvelines in Paris and began his Food & Beverage career in the United Kingdom. He Subsequently spent seven years in Dubai as Food & Beverage Director at the Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort and was part of the opening team for the Al Murooj Rotana Hotel and Suited as its Hotel Manager.
His four years of leadership at The Datai Langkawi have resulted in tremendous success. When he first took over, the resort ranked at number four on the island in terms of performance. Within two years, he turned things around positively, bringing the resort up to number one in Langkawi.
