Ernst Ludick is a South African national and hotel operator with over 17 years’ experience in luxury hospitality. Following his studies at the Cape Town Hotel School, Ernst first joined Aman in 2003, completing internships at Amanusa and Amanjiwo, before relocating to Amankora in Bhutan.
