Kristina Snaith-Lense began her career with Swire Hotels as Assistant Director of Guest Experience in 2012 and was promoted to Director of Guest Experience in 2014. Passionate and dedicated in delivering exception services to discerning guests, Kristina successfully led the Guest Experience team with tremendous success. She was appointed as Hotel Manager in The Middle House to spearhead the pre-opening operation in 2017. Kristina returned to Hong Kong in 2019 as Hotel Manager to oversee the operations at The Upper House and Pacific Place Apartments.
