You might be worried that a Japanese minimalistic style hotel would be all style and no substance – in fact, it’s the opposite. You might be concerned that a hotel located amongst the fashionable shops and restaurants in the Sanlitun Taikoo Li would be pretentious and cold – in fact, it’s the exact opposite. Olivier started his hospitality journey at a young age, and after graduating from Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France with a major in hospitality management. He honed his leadership skills in the restaurants and bars at The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company LCC, EMAAR Hospitality Group LCC and Raffles before joining Temple House in 2014 as Director of Restaurant and Bars. In 2018, Olivier relocated to Beijing taking on the role of Hotel Manager of The Opposite House.
