“When in Rome, do as Bulgari does”

During her yearlong stay in the Eternal City, Elizabeth Taylor famously only knew one word in Italian, "Bulgari". She might never have left the City of Seven Hills had she stayed at the brand’s new flagship hotel. Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel distilled Rome’s ancient imperial splendour and suffused it with Midcentury Moda, transforming a stark edifice by the River Tiber into a resplendent palazzo fit for today’s Caesars and Cleopatras, overlooking the Augustus Mausoleum and Ara Pacis.

What we love

While outside, Aperitivo hour from the crowning heights of La Terrazza, tints Rome’s ancient skyline in a rosy hue. Expect nothing less than the finest in design, artwork, and cuisine from Rome’s merchants of magnificence.
